For all custom cookie order inquiries, please fill out the form below, or send an email to thecookiehavenroc@gmail.com with your specific order requests. This form is not a confirmation of your order.
I will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours of receiving it (not including weekends or holidays).

All cookie order pickups are at my residence in North Greece, NY unless other arrangements have been discussed.
My address will be listed on your invoice once your order is confirmed.
